Why Do I Like the Huffington Post So Much?
Thursday, May 04, 2006
I like Arianna's opinions, even though earlier in her career, some might say that she was a GOP operative. Time's change and so individuals. Arianna is her own operative now, and I couldn't be more happy that she has created The Huffington Post.

The site is a collection of many blogs, written by a diverse group of people: politicians, writers, actors, and my favorite, David Mamet, who only posts drawings to the Huffington Post. Arianna was recently named in Time Magazine’s Top 100 People Who Shape Our World. This is likely because she is shaping the way people on the Web are reading news.

By combining traditional news with punchy political news, entertainment briefs and a sphere of interesting bloggers, she creates an all-in-one grazing ground. In a few minutes each morning, a reader can catch the pulse of the US (and sometimes the world) from a news, political, pop-culture and opinionated standpoint.
